Was in the middle of a pretty decent length entry yesterday when Han called. We ended up talking for around 2 hours maybe...and I forgot about the fact that I was still in the midst of using the com. Oops. But it happens I guess...easy to get carried away.
So anyway, this week really flew by. The chocolate presentation on Thursday didn't exactly go according to plan...but I guess you could say that it went pretty okay despite the screw ups. For one, most of the people found it funny. And secondly, everyone seemed to bond over the food.. My teacher was like smiling throughout the lesson after we gave him chocolate! He's got a sweet tooth, according to him. But of course, what I am most pleased with, is the fact that the presentation is over and according to my friend, we can go on "auto-pilot" for the rest of the term!
Went out with Han on Friday morning. It was like just 3 hours, but it's definitely better than nothing...I can't really reconcile myself to the fact that she's really gonna leave for Australia in 3 days' time...as in for 3 years and not like a holiday. Our school vacations are also different, so well, the chance of us meeting in person in the next 3 years is practically ZERO. Went for kickboxing after that, and some gym...it was arond 5.30 when I left orchard. I was so totally exhausted by then...but it was raining cats and dogs! No umbrella either, but well, it was pretty much close to stopping when I got home. The swimming pool which has finally been emptied, was refilled with rain water, especially at the deep end!
Went out with Christine and Xinwei for dinner on Saturday. They went clubbing afterwards, but my mum's not in favour of it. I figured I wouldn't blow it now...wait till I'm in Germany or something, then I'll go...better not to get her pissed.
Went to Thomson Plaza today, after church. First time we've been there in years! We used to always go there after church cos there weren't exactly any other "worthy" malls in the vicinity. Used to go to the Yaohan there. Sherry says we always ate the coconut and red colour agar agar from Bengawan Solo...just like we always at Swensens Ice Cream and got balloons when we went to the airport. Memories...
Sherry, for some bizarre reason, was finally inspired to pack her stuff...it took the whole afternoon, during which Shermaine and I watched the 5566 concert DVD again. We both like the part where Ren Fu and Xie Zhi dress up as the China Dolls, though Xie Zhi makes a really ugly girl. I kinda like the Jay Chou thing by Meng Zhe and Shao Wei...and their Korean thing was cool too. Sherry thinks I'm some 5566 freak, and that I'm suddenly facing puberty again, liking boybands and becoming such a TV addict. But well, in Sec Sch and JC, I never watched much tv...practically none in JC even, cos I was a CCA addict. I had like around 5 CCAs in Sec Sch. Now I finally get the chance to relax and be a normal teenager...uh, just one year before I hit the big 20. Well..not too late yet!
