I remember why I was so pissed yesterday. It's cos like A LOT of people cheated during the German Linguistics exam. It was such a HUUUGE lecture theatre, so obviously people can cheat easily. Ugh. I thought people had more scruples than that, if they study at a university. Turns out maybe the amt of scruples you have is inversely proportional to how high up on the educational you are. I mean, if you fail you fail lah...please...you pass by cheating also no glory...plus, would you actually know enough to go on to the next level of lectures/seminars? Silly people. But oh well, if they wanna ruin their lives, go ahead. None of my business.

The Lit exam today was kinda weird. Firstly, all the questions were in German (it's E. Lit)...so I wrote answers, but I'm like not even sure I understood what the questions were asking for! So that means I may either pass, or fail really horribly! In any case, I stupidly threw away the "free gift" marks. One of the questions was "When was the Industrial Revolution in GB" ...I wrote 1775-1830. Haha, stupid me, 1775 is the start of the American War of Independence! The real starting date was 1760 or something like that. Sigh. Maybe I'll get one point for the correct end date? Heh. Better than nothing I guess? As for the rest, well, I ponned the Rushdie lecture, so I had to crap my way through that question, but it's 5 marks, better than 10 (the usual question's worth that much). Though, I was seriously crapping my way through most of it. Is a poem with 14 lines that don't rhyme a sonnet? I have no idea. Seems like the thing was divided into 3 quatrains and 1 couple...but only in ideas. A pseudo-sonnet maybe? Arrgh, why didn't I think of writing it? See, all the witty ideas never come to me until I am doing other irrelevant things!
