Life...and other afflictions

The rantings and uninteresting events of my life

Haha, sorry for the cryptic entry. But it's TRUE! You see, after all that stress with the whole Germany thing, I had the most wonderful dream that I finally got my acceptance letter from Dresden. Of course, I had to wake up to the dreadfull-est of all nightmares: REALITY! No letter, no indication of a letter and all this while, the clock is ticking and the days are flying by!

Maybe I'll end up staying in Singapore despite all of my grand plans for the future. Destiny loves to give you a kick in the ass every once in awhile.

I went to ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, formerly known as SIR to the uninitiated) today with the intention of getting my passport extended. Turns out I need to get a NEW one, which I paid $60 for. By the way, anyone going should remember to bring their NETS...it's $10 off for cashless payment. Well, the whole thing took barely 15 min to half an hour...the bloody trip there alone took longer than it took to settle the form and stuff, and even though I helped this lady fill in her form too.

Suppose I'll go to NJC on Thurday before my German class to ask about my Chinese AO Cert. I have no idea why it was never given to me, but I obviously need it for my future...and my darling sister won't do it for me, even though she attends NJ...so I have to go personally. How come the time I went all the way to school just to pass her her digital camera never gets reciprocated? So unfair.

Finally got out of the house on Monday...felt so free...rejuvenated. Even if it was just to go grocery shopping at Westmall. My mum kept leaving me behind man! Sigh. Good thing I'm not a kid anymore, or I'd probably get left behind and they'd have to make some lost announcement. Yay, my mum's gonna take her 3 1/2 hour leave tmr afternoon so she can make vegetable curry! Yay!

Oh, Wan Quan Yu Le was so stupid today...lotsa "gay" action...though reluctance was wrought on their faces. Jay Chou was funny though. Not as unfriendly as he's usually made out to be. ren Fu got his hair cut...which reminds me...I wanna get my hair cut too...I'm so tempted to cut all of my hair off, but I know I'd look stupid. So too bad I guess. Sometimes I'm not all too adventurous.

Okay..that's enough for now...my eyes are closing.

You know what? The greatest nightmare is often REALITY!
